
BEALETON, Va. — After tracking a stolen vehicle case since June, officers recently took a teen into custody, charging him with multiple felonies.
Deputies with the Fauquier Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) Patrol Division had been investigating a stolen vehicle case since June, 2025.
Their investigation connected 19-year-old Joshua Ryan Sage Jr. to the stolen vehicle, the tampering of several other vehicles, and the recovery of stolen items. As a result, warrants were obtained for his arrest.
He is charged with two counts of felony conspiracy, one count of felony grand larceny, and three counts of misdemeanor vehicle tampering.
Sage is being held at the Fauquier Adult Detention Center.
