The “No Kings” protest was a nationwide day of defiance and action held on June 14, 2025, against the Trump administration. The movement, also known as the 50501 Movement (50 states, 50 protests, one movement), aimed to reject authoritarianism and stand for democracy, coinciding with a military parade in Washington, D.C. celebrating the U.S. Army’s 250th anniversary and President Trump’s 79th birthday.
