WINCHESTER, Va. — A man by the name of Val Kendall Johnson is missing from Winchester.

According to a January 14, 2025 Winchester Police Department ((WPD) media release, Johnson is 5’8″, 150 lbs., and has multiple grease burn scars on both forearms.

Johnson, 60, has history in FL, TN, and VA, but could be anywhere along the East Coast. He was last seen in early November in the city of Winchester.
