Teens Charged After Throwing Rocks at Cars

STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. — Three teens have been arrested for throwing rocks at several vehicles and at least one pedestrian.

According to a media release from the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO), the incidents occurred January 25, 2025.

At 9:30 p.m., the SCSO Emergency Communications Center began receiving calls regarding suspects throwing rocks at vehicles in the England Run area.

Three men had damaged unoccupied cars and also thrown large rocks at a pedestrian and occupied vehicle.

Once on scene, SCSO deputies learned that the suspects’ vehicle was a white Hyundai — which was quickly located.

As the vehicle pulled into Gayle Middle School, a deputy conducted a traffic stop.

The driver was identified as Camryn Marieo McEntire, 19.

Two passengers in the vehicle were identified as Jake Ryan Hill, 18, and Luis Arias Ignacio Oliart, also 18.

Within the vehicle were rocks similar to those used during the vandalisms and assault.

Hill and Arias Oliart were both charged with felonious assault, throwing a missile at an occupied vehicle, conspiracy and vandalism.

McEntire was charged with conspiracy. All three suspects were placed in the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.

Deputies canvassed the neighborhoods of England Run and Cardinal Forest and generated 24 reports related to the incidents. The SCSO did not elaborate on any injuries the pedestrian may have sustained.

The SCSO is urging anyone else with vehicle damage related to this incident to call 540-658-4400.

This is an ongoing investigation.
