
STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. — A tip about “drug dealing” at a local motel led deputies straight to a subject, who was discovered hiding under the bed with a stash of narcotics.
According to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO), the incident occurred September 14, 2025.
At approximately 2:32 p.m., two SCSO deputies responded to Motel 6 at 2868 Richmond Highway to locate a wanted suspect.

The anonymous caller had reported that Justina Sharp, 35, of Woodbridge, was staying in one of the rooms and alleged that “drug dealing” was taking place inside.
Deputies arrived, made announcements, and after a noticeable delay, a male answered the door.
The man, identified as Austin Nicely, 25, of Stafford, told deputies Sharp was not present and granted consent for a room search.
During the search, deputies located Sharp hiding under the bed.
They also recovered suspected controlled substances in the room.
Both Sharp and Nicely were charged with possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and obstruction of justice. Sharp was additionally served with her outstanding warrant.
Both suspects were taken to the Rappahannock Regional Jail, where they were held without bond.
